Questions, answered

A clear place to begin.

Are the courses suitable for complete beginners?+

Yes. Foundation courses begin with workspace setup, material identification, measuring, and basic process notes before introducing more variables.

Which materials do I need?+

Each catalog listing includes a materials list. Most introductory lessons use a digital scale, thermometer, suitable wax, a heat-safe vessel, wick supplies, and basic protective equipment.

Are courses live or self-paced?+

Both formats are available. Self-paced courses provide structured lessons, while live online sessions add scheduled instruction and conversation.

Do you teach fragrance blending?+

Yes. Fragrance courses cover descriptive language, restrained blending, documentation, and responsible handling. They do not make health claims about scents.

How do I choose a wick?+

Wick choice depends on wax, vessel diameter, fragrance, and other variables. We teach a measured testing approach rather than presenting one universal answer.

Can I save a course for later?+

Use Follow on any catalog item. Saved course IDs appear on the Fallows page in the same browser.

How does the cart work?+

Add courses from the catalog, then adjust quantities on the Cart page. The cart is a local demonstration and does not process payment.

Do you provide business or compliance advice?+

Our lessons focus on craft technique and studio organization. They are not legal, regulatory, tax, medical, or financial advice.

How can I ask about accessibility?+

Contact the atelier with your needs before enrolling. We will describe available formats and identify reasonable learning adjustments where possible.
